Uipath lagging/freezing and slowdown

After the 2021.10 update everything was okay. Since a few days, UIPath has been lagging every few seconds… it is becoming difficult to do anything. Automations are taking 3x times to make. I have reinstalled Studio yesterday no change and tried resetting the settings. No change. Please help.

|Installed RAM|16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)|
|System type|64-bit operating system, x64-based processor|
500 GB NVME SSD
Windows 10

Ps- Nothing else on my pc lags

Can you try deleting any temp files and check the performance of the pc which apps are consuming more Ram and memory

Pick up Run option or Run file. You don’t see slow execution.

There could be multiple reasons behind
But based on what I could observe from the descriptions you have provided

  1. Check if antivirus is blocking or slowing down the application
    If so disable that and give a try

  2. Or install the latest version of dot net framework and give a try

  3. And finally while reinstalling make sure you have followed all these steps

I can do a clean OS install as well. Thanks for the suggestion but I don’t want to create a new user account :confused:

I meant its not viable for me to create a new user/ re-install OS due to my work. Anyway I will try steps all steps in this thread and get back

This is ridiculous. They need to fix this choppy Ui Path bug.

Any update or fix for this? The activities works normal in UiPath.uiautomation version 2019 and it work so slowly after upgrading to 2021 version or above.
