Publish New Version But Isn't Update in the Orchestrator

Could you check whether you are publishing the process to orchestrator or given any custom url to publish the process.

When you are deploying from studio click next and select the deploy option in that screen select the publishing option to orchestrator not custom url. Sometimes this may cause the issue. Pls double check. Thanks.
