Not all Posts have to be Questions

Hello Community Team,

here a suggestion for the Community:
A few days ago I wrote a post about my experience with dotNET 6 support in the Help > Technology Integrations forum. After three days I got an answer from the system “It seems that you have trouble getting an answer to your question in the first 24 hours.” But it wasn’t a question at all.

Therefore my suggestion:
To add a checkbox at the bottom, “This is not a question”. When this flag is set, the automatic response of the system should be suspended.

Hi @StefanSchnell,
It’s a nice idea. I’m thinking that maybe we could do it even easier. There could be a dedicated tag that would be skipped by the script for the auto-response bot.

I’d like to slightly challenge the new checkbox and ask whether having a dedicated category for discussions and “non-questions” would solve this without introducing complexity to our new topic wizard.

What do you think?
