24.10.1 - Ui Explorer Issue When Multiple Display Devices

Is any one else having issues with trying to target web applications to extract ui elements when you have multiple display inputs (multiple desk monitors)?

I’ve recently upgraded to version 24.10.1

It seems that if the browser is not on Display 1 it can’t correctly target the application. Only way to resolve this is to move the application I want to target to the main display device.

Hi,

I’m experiencing the same issue with UiPath Studio version 2024.10.1. Is it possible that the Studio version is not yet stable?
I also have a transparent window when I open my Studio.

The transparent ghost window is fixed in the latest version. Check after autoupdate please.

@ScottN1 do you have different scale between the two monitors?

Could you try to do the display settings duplicate screen in robot machine?

Yes, just checked now and the scale is at 150% on my laptop which is the primary monitor. I have two desktop monitors plugged in.

Resolution on all is 1920x1080
