2019.10 버전의 오케스트레이터에는 IIS의 WebSockets 콤포넌트가 필요합니다

2019.10 버전의 오케스트레이터를 신규로 설치하는 경우에는 - prerequisites를 빠짐없이 수행했다면 - 문제가 없지만, 이전 버전의 오케스트레이터를 2019.10 버전으로 업그레이드 하는 경우에는 아래와 같은 에러를 만날 수도 있습니다.

IIS의 WebSockets 콤포넌트가 필요하기 때문인데, 이런 경우에는 설치를 중단(종료)하고 "Windows 기능 켜기/끄기"에 들어가서 아래의 그림처럼 "WebSocket 프로토콜"을 추가해 주어야 합니다.

해당 항목에 체크한 후 확인을 누르면 변경 내용이 적용되는데 (해당 컴포넌트가 설치됨) 완료된 후에는 윈도우즈가 재부팅을 요구할 수도 있습니다. 시스템을 재부팅한 후 오케스트레이터 인스톨러를 다시 실행하면 이번에는 문제없이 설치할 수 있습니다.

You make a good point that the prerequisites for installation should be reviewed prior to an upgrade.

What version of the UiPath Platform were you upgrading from?

Just in case you are confused, I’m not asking a question, nor reporting an issue here. I’m sharing a tip. :slight_smile:
To answer your question, I was upgrading from 2019.4.

I understand.
I wanted to make sure the UiPath online docs are updated with this information for the version you were upgrading from. I see WebSocket Protocol is specified in the prerequisites for the 2019.4 FastTrack version, so we should be covered.
