2019.10.0 is throwing an error which am unable to understand - even before starting a project

I have downloaded UiPath Studio community edition Version 2019.10.0
I am getting the following error every time i try to create a new project.
Uipath_error|625x500

please help me out to solve this error!
dependencies-uipath|302x254

Did you try to uninstall and reïnstall it again.

Could you please delete project.json file and then try once.

@pattyricarte i haven’t tried that will do it and see if it gets resolved.

@lakshman I tried deleting the .json file and opening it again, but it was throwing error.
