Add values in one data table by looking values from another data table

[Capture] I have 2 data table as depicted in the image. I want to make a new data table wherein i lookup a value from dt2 and look it up in dt1 to extract corresponding values and paste it in 3rd datatable as depicted in the image above. How do i go about doing this
